Thank you for a good stay. It has convenient and superior location to Osaka tourist destination, in a safe area. The place to order dinner within walking distance of the hotel is Gonbei.

Everything was simply great. Had great stay for my first visit to Japan. The breakfast was free with variety of meals. Also, location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Tsutenkaku Tower.

During our stay at Fp Hotels Grand South-Namba, we were impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms. Although compact, they were well-designed and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location near Shin-Imamiya station was extremely convenient for exploring Osaka and the surrounding areas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Osaka.

This beautiful and great hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Make sure to get a family room with access to tea, a smart phone from Handy phones, and coffee. - the setting is favorable and perfect, really close to the restaurant district as well as Spa World and Shinseki where there are lots of food.

The view of the city from our double room was fantastic 🌆. Plus, we were pleased to have a room with bathtubs.

the location was perfect, with easy access to multiple subway lines and just a short distance from popular sightseeing spots. the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. the rooms were modern and well-maintained, with convenient amenities like a complimentary smart phone to use during my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the foyer and the variety of resources available at the reception desk. my experience at Fp Hotels Grand South-Namba was excellent. The service at Fp Hotels Grand South-Namba in Osaka was friendly. I booked an extremely spacious and brand-new room which included coffee, a smart phone from Handy phones offering free services, and tea. the hotel is in a particularly good location, only a 15-minute walk to Tsutenkaku Tower.

The hotel has a very good breakfast with a variety of options, including vegetarian ones, and a buffet style. The location is key, as it is very close to several subway lines, facilitating getting around the city easily. the staff is very friendly and speaks many languages to accommodate guests.

For light sleepers, some rooms may face the subway tracks, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. although the hotel's smart phone offers free 4G data during the guests' stay, the pillows in the rooms can be lumpy and uncomfortable.

The location was comfy and superior, for example, Tennoji Zoo was at a short distance from the hotel. Truly enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator in the room. Venue's staff were exceptionally polite.

Great location with easy access to transportation, making it convenient to visit Osaka’s tourist destinations. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

clean and new hotel - with a modern aesthetic. rooms are bigger than expected - with a wide hallway area. super convenient location right across from the train station - easy access to Namba and other popular spots in Osaka. friendly and helpful staff - especially Joon at the front desk with his excellent English-speaking skills. close to a huge Don Quijote for souvenir shopping. great value for money with breakfast buffet and free tea/coffee.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Osaka and couldn't recommend it more. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Shinimamiya subway station. The hotel had a modern, urban style and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. The rooms were super clean and the staff provided excellent Japanese hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised by the free hot coffee and tea available from 3pm onwards, which was perfect for the chilly Spring weather. The highlight of my stay was the Handy mobile phone provided in the room, offering free 4G data throughout my stay. This phone was a game-changer, allowing me to navigate with Google Maps and plan my outings easily. I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.
